shokollm	84352799b2	fix: update /tmp references to use KUGETSU_TEMP_DIR ... Replace /tmp references with ${KUGETSU_TEMP_DIR:-~/.local/share/opencode/tool-output} since opencode blocks /tmp access in headless mode.
