Merge pull request 'fix: accumulate message words in cmd_continue for loop' (#227) from fix/issue-225-cmd-continue-message-truncation into main

The for loop was overwriting message each iteration, causing only
the last word to survive. Changed to accumulate all words with
proper spacing.

Fixes #225
