Context

Phase 4 provides visual monitoring and oversight.

Goals

  • Visual task board, agent status, logs
  • Read-only dashboards for oversight
  • Not for task submission (chat handles that)

Enablers

  • Better visibility without needing to parse logs

Dependencies

  • Requires Phase 3 (Chat) to be functional first
  • May leverage existing Gitea UI
