fix: Show token name/symbol in risk analysis and handle unknown honeypot

- Display token name and symbol in risk analysis output
- Handle is_honeypot: -1 as 'Unknown (could not determine)'
- Show risk level (Low/Medium/High) with risk score
- Use risk_level field instead of status
